El Paso, Elsewhere embarks players on an unsettling journey into a murky abyss. The game’s storyline revolves around the character James Savage, who upon discovering that his ex-girlfriend, Draculae, the ruler of vampires, is engaged in a ritual that threatens the world as we know it, hastens to return to his hometown of El Paso, Texas for a cataclysmic reunion. Despite the barrage of monsters standing in his way, Draculae remains undeterred, progressing her menacing work and leaving Savage’s expedition as a last-ditch effort to thwart impending doom.
As Savage grapples with his past memories with the undead queen, he must also face a host of adversaries. These include werewolves, mummies, and biblically accurate angels, all forming part of the myriad challenges that lie ahead. Players will have an array of tools to combat these threats, including a broad assortment of weapons, pain-numbing pills, and a unique bullet time feature that allows for precise targeting and nimble evasion of attacks while counteracting.
