How to Get Evil Amulet and Summon Blood Moon in Elemental Dungeons

To obtain the Evil Amulet in Elemental Dungeon, you’ll need to be in a Blood Moon event that exclusively occurs in the Jungle Dungeon. If you’re not in a Blood Moon, the Evil Amulet simply won’t drop. During a Blood Moon, you need to eliminate enemies that glow red and also have ‘cursed’ in the name, as these are the only ones that drop the Evil Amulet.

What does the Evil Amulet do in Elemental Dungeons?

The Evil Amulet is only used for one thing in Elemental Dungeons, and that is to get an endgame upgrade called Dash V2. You need two Evil Amulets, as well as many other materials, to get this upgrade. But as long as you have two, that’s all you need. Another item you need is the Evil Drive!

What is a Blood Moon in Elemental Dungeons?

The Blood Moon is a special event that amps up the difficulty by making all enemies stronger. However, this also means they drop more experience and, crucially, give you a shot at obtaining the Evil Amulet.

Summoning a Blood Moon is largely a game of chance, with a 1 in 19 probability in Elemental Dungeons. While it’s speculated that higher difficulties might reduce these odds, this hasn’t been confirmed. If you’re playing on Hardcore difficulty, you can retry the dungeon without having to go back to the lobby, giving you more opportunities to trigger a Blood Moon. You can see the visual difference in the images above and below between how Elemental Dungeons is normally and when a Blood moon occurs.

Fastest way of Summoning a Blood Moon in Elemental Dungeons

To increase your chances of summoning a Blood Moon in Elemental Dungeons, try this: complete the first two rooms of the Jungle Dungeon. If the Blood Moon doesn’t appear, restart the Jungle Dungeon and repeat. This method saves you from having to slog through the entire dungeon multiple times, although it’s still a grind. Thank you to AbductedByRobloxians for this method; you can watch his video on Blood Moons here.

Once the Blood Moon is active, the environment will take on a red hue and become darker, making it harder to spot enemies. Now’s your chance to get the Evil Amulet. Look for enemies enveloped in a red aura; these are the ones you’ll need to defeat to get your hands on the Evil Amulet.
