Epic Games has surprised everyone again with the crossover between Fortnite and Futurama, but it may not be the only collaboration expected from the title in the next two weeks. One data miner is alleging that Fortnite could be getting another Terminator collaboration before long due to new additions in the v25.30 update.

According to ShiinaBR on Twitter, there is one large set of encrypted cosmetics and items that are not known added in this update. At the same time, it seems like Epic Games has also added a second tab for the Item Shop section with the title “Future War,” whereas the original collaboration only took one tab. This is just speculation and there are no file names or anything to indicate it yet, but it could be possible.

Previously added were Sarah Connor and the T-800 skins as part of the “Future War” set, which is the source of speculation about the second wave. The two skins were released two years ago in January 2021, with a game based on the movie expected to release sometime in the fourth quarter of 2023. Most of the time encrypted sets are revealed ahead of the next update, so it seems unrelated to that.

Fortnite has less than a month left in this season and it has come back from its summer break strong with the Futurama collab alongside the new season on Hulu. Another big Terminator crossover could help ensure that Epic ends the season with a bang and a potential robot invasion.

This is just a rumor until more information comes out or it is confirmed by Epic, but it’s something to keep an eye out for as players enjoy the final few weeks of Fortnite Wilds.
