Gran Turismo 7 players are getting a lot of fresh new content with the arrival of Update 1.42. This free update will add three new vehicles into the garage, expand the Cafe Menu with additional challenges, and add a new World Circuits event alongside fresh Scapes features.

The first car added is the stylish BVLGARI Aluminum Vision Gran Turismo, a digital concept car inspired by the 1998 BVLGARI Aluminum watch. The next car is the Genesis X Gran Berlinetta Vision Gran Turismo Concept, which is also Korean. Finally, the Japanese Suzuki Jimny XC ’18 is a pint-sized car that can handle almost every terrain. Those additions would be a lot on their own, but there are also updates to the menu options.

This update also caters to Cafe Menu enthusiasts with two new Extra Menus. Collectors Level 46 and above can unlock the Nissan Motorsports Extra Menu, while Dodge enthusiasts reaching Collector Level 32 can access the Dodge Extra Menu, offering fresh challenges and rewards. On top of that, the update brings in the brand-new Jimny Cup, a World Circuits event dedicated to the Suzuki Jimny XC ’18. Additionally, Vision Gran Turismo Trophy races have expanded to include the Tokyo Expressway and Autodromo Nazionale Monza circuits, offering more high-octane competition.

Finally, new Scapes features allow players to capture their cars in fresh settings. Service Area lets you showcase your vehicles in a realistic service station environment, while Turn the Camera Vertically unlocks portrait-oriented photography options for creative car shots.

This is a lot to add for a free update, and it makes me wish the games I bought were like this. I am not a car game player, but this is the kind of fan service you tend to see only on niche markets, which makes us jealous.
