You must defeat this boss for a 1% drop rate chance of dropping 3SS. This means you’ll undoubtedly have to defeat this boss a lot to get the 3SS.

Locate the Snowy Graveyard in Haze Piece
Once you’re in Sea 2, head straight from the new Starter Island towards the Flower Mansion. Go past the mansion. You can either transform to speed up your journey or use a boat. Your destination is the island located behind the Flower Mansion, known as Snowy Graveyard.
Find and Defeat the 3SS Boss in Haze Piece
On Snowy Graveyard, look for the 3SS Boss next to the red wall. The boss is level 2650 and resembles Zoro. You’ll need to defeat this boss for a 1% chance of dropping the 3SS skill. Given the low drop rate, be prepared to face this boss multiple times to get this awesome drop.
