Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged, the anticipated racing sequel from developer and publisher Milestone, has a new trailer confirming the addition of Fast & Furious-themed content.
Today’s new gameplay mainly focuses on the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody, which will be available day one. However, the trailer description also reveals that “more vehicles from Fast & Furious will come with post launch updates”. Fast & Furious content will be available in the Legendary Edition or as separate DLC purchase.

Regardless of the ups and downs in the Fast & Furious franchise, its vehicles have been consistently iconic. Dodge Chargers have certainly been a highlight since the beginning, and they’ll definitely make a statement on the track. The Charger in today’s trailer is sleek, with plenty of authentic details that should please the fans.
It’ll be interesting to see if some of the more flamboyant vehicles will make an appearance later on. After all, both Fast & Furious and Hot Wheels thrive on flashy, elaborate vehicles. Today’s new trailer features a silhouetted lineup of eight unique cars, which fans of the films should be able to nitpick and speculate on.
Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged recently revealed that motorcycles and ATVs would be joining the series, which also opens the door to certain references in future collaborations.
The original Hot Wheels Unleashed reached 2 million copies sold in April, so there’s definitely a loyal fanbase for the sequel to thrive. The original also featured a variety of IP crossovers, which the collectibles themselves are renowned for.
