Patch 4 for Hotel Renovator is now live, addressing several crucial bug fixes and improving the overall gaming experience. The development team has been diligently monitoring player feedback since the game’s launch and has taken swift action to rectify some of the most frequently reported issues.

Some of the most notable fixes in Patch 4 include resolving the game crash at boot with the “‘RuntimeFileDialogs’ failed to load” error message, fixing the bug that caused Iguanas from the Wild Enthusiast Special Guest quest to remain in the hotel indefinitely, and addressing the multiple issues with Additional Floors stacking on top of one another. Additionally, the patch rectifies objective issues when switching between the same type of Additional Floors, eliminates the issue where the NPC does not appear in the Restaurant area after completing The Wedding event, and resolves the save file corruption during the Elevator Malfunction Random Event.

Other key fixes include addressing the glitch that caused some NPCs to get stuck in the elevator, eliminating the issue where all robot vacuums would get stuck after a game restart, fixing the bug causing The Wedding guests to head to the elevator instead of the restaurant, and resolving the issue with a different wall colour showing from the 1st Floor balcony above the Lobby. Furthermore, the patch addresses minor issues such as intense shadows on the Otus table, the disappearing Cowboy’s hat, and a black line appearing above windows after renovation.

Apart from these essential bug fixes, Patch 4 also introduces a small but exciting update: the Ceiling Renovation category is now available in the Pie Menu. This new tool offers a fun and straightforward way to renovate ceilings using existing wall patterns and brand-new panels designed specifically for ceilings.

To ensure you have access to all these improvements, make sure your game is properly updated.
