Finding the Pod Plants and using them to damage enemies in Fortnite Chapter 4, season 3 is one of the trickier objectives so far this season.

Fortnite‘s Chapter Four, season three update brought a whole new biome to the middle of the map, showing a vast and ancient jungle. This jungle is filled with rare plants and fauna covering the landscape, with one of the major additions being the Pod Plants that can provide unique benefits like damaging your opponents or healing you.

With the second week of season quests beginning, asking players to deal damage players with a Pod Plant, many players are curious about where to find them on Fortnite‘s Chapter Four, season three map.

As probably expected, you’re going to find the new Pod Plants inside of the jungle area in Fortnite Chapter Four, season three. Your best bet is running around the middle of the misty area and through the mud to find these plants before you use them on your opponents. They can’t be picked up, so you’ll need to go somewhere where there will be a lot of players.

There are three different colors of Pod Plants, with two of them dealing damage. The greenish-yellow Stink Flowers deal AOE poison damage over time and the Bomb Flowers, extremely reminiscent of Zelda, can be launched at enemies or structures to deal damage.

You have two options when it comes to dealing damage with these plants, and neither of them are particularly easy. You’ll need to wait for an enemy to be around one or find a specific plant near a POI that you can return to at the start of the game. I was able to find a Stink Flower like in the image above and send it flying towards two players who were fighting nearby.

While you’ll need to be more precise in your aim with the Bomb Flowers, the cloud from the Stink Flowers will be able to damage many enemies in a general area. Be warned that when you hit them, be it with your pickaxe or weapon fire, they’ll go flying in that direction similar to the energy crystals from last season.

That’s all the information you need to know about where to find the Pod Plants and how to use them to damage your opponents in Fortnite Chapter Four, season three.
