A Goblin Builder can add an exciting new element to your Clash of Clans roster, but it’s not as easy as recruiting regular builders. You must meet specific criteria and wait for the right in-game event to obtain the Goblin Builder. It may not be as easy as you’d think, but we can clear it up.

If you’re a big Clash of Clans player, why not check out the changes in gold pricing. Otherwise, here is everything you need to know about unlocking the Goblin Builder in Clash of Clans from the official October patch.

Clash of Clans – How Do I Unlock Goblin Builder?

To Unlock the Goblin Builder in Clash of Clans, you need to have a Town Hall that is at least level 7. That’s the only real pre-requisite, but when the Work for Hire! event starts, you’ll need to make sure that all five of your regular builders are actively working on projects. This other requirement does not include B.O.B. just the regular builders. Once they’re preoccupied during the event, the Goblin Builder will offer a hand.

There is no word on when the event will start, just that it is coming soon. When it does and you do everything above, the Goblin Builder will be at your disposal, offering assistance with upgrades and research.

How Long Does Goblin Builder Last in Clash of Clans?

The Goblin Builder isn’t permanent in Clash of Clans. It’s nice to have him in your village, but he won’t stay forever. The Goblin Builders will only stay for as long as the Work for Hire! event lasts. During the event, you’ll see a new banner that shows how long this eager goblin will be available.

During the event, any upgrades or research tasks you gave him will continue until they’re done. So our best advice is to use the Goblin Builder for as long as you can, as if it’s just an extra boost. Once he’s gone, you’ll need to wait for another event to bring him back
