A Universal Time (AUT) JoeStar Blood Vial Guide

The only way to get Joestar Blood Vial in AUT is by defeating the new Josuke-Higashikata boss.

You can summon Josuke Higashikata at the Boss Altar, and there’s a 35% chance of the JoeStar Blood Vial dropping after you defeat him. This means that, on average, it will drop about one in every three tries. However, keep in mind that this drop is not guaranteed and ultimately depends on luck.

The 35% drop rate is quite good compared to getting the Karoo mount or the new Suna Devil Fruit. You might be lucky and get it on your first try, or unlucky and get it after several attempts.

There are a few methods to get Crazy Diamond Rework, but if you’re after JoeStar Blood Vial, it’s best not to rely on luck and try to obtain it randomly through the use of arrows. Once you have the JoeStar Blood Vial, all you need is to get x15 Arrows and x3 Crazy Diamond Shards.
