Anime Defenders Lunar Temple Portal and Solar Temple Portal Guide

There are three ways to obtain Lunar Temple and Solar Temple Portals in Anime Defenders: Challenges, Raids, or Portals.

Challenges

You can obtain Lunar and Solar Portals by completing Challenges, but only if they are listed as possible rewards before entering the Challenge. Completing Challenges gives you a chance to receive a Rare, Epic, Legendary, or Mythic Portal, but the likelihood decreases with higher rarity. Only one portal is available as a reward, so you cannot get both; it’s either Lunar or Solar. Remember that Challenges reset every hour, so be sure to check back to see if portals are available as potential rewards. Below are the chances of obtaining them:

  • Lunar/Solar Portal (Rare) – x1 Guaranteed
  • Lunar/Solar Portal (Epic) – 60% Chance
  • Lunar/Solar Portal (Legendary) – 25% Chance
  • Lunar/Solar Portal (Mythic) – 10% Chance

As a bonus, you can also earn Lucky Tickets, which can be used for summoning on the Lucky Ticket banner.

Raids

Only two raids provide Lunar and Solar Portals, one for each type. The Cursed Dungeon Raid provides Solar Temple Portals, and the Cursed Train Raid provides Lunar Temple Portals. You have the following chances to obtain these portals:

  • Lunar/Solar Portal (Rare) – 80% Chance
  • Lunar/Solar Portal (Epic) – 50% Chance
  • Lunar/Solar Portal (Legendary) – 10% Chance

Portals

When completing portals, you can obtain either Lunar or Solar Portals. If you complete a Lunar Portal (which is rare), you have the chance to get any tier portal, but the likelihood decreases with higher rarity. However, it’s not possible to receive a Solar Portal for completing a Lunar Portal. The chances of obtaining a portal from completing a portal vary depending on whether you are the host of the portal or just joining.
