The Murasama’s Stream is a divisive weapon in Type Soul. It’s not because it’s hard to get or anything, but it can arguably be too overpowered, so it can be seen as unfair. A lot of people want this weapon, and for good reason. Below, we’ll show you how to get it.

If you’re looking for freebies and codes, be sure to head over to our Type Soul codes page to see what you can get. Also, check our How to Get and Use Skill Boxes in Type SoulHow To Get Zweis (Quincy Weapon), and How to get Formless Fighting Style.

How Do I Unlock Murasama’s Stream in Type Soul?

To get Murasama’s Stream weapon in Type Soul, you need to join Clan Wars or trade in the game. If you take part in Clan Wars and help your clan do well, you can get rewards. One of these rewards could include the cool Murasama’s Stream. You can also trade in the game to get this awesome weapon faster. Alternatively, we’ve heard that the AFK world can also give this weapon, but we have no real confirmation besides some YouTubers.

This is a Kendo Weapon, So it requires you to have 60 Kendo in it instead of the usual 50. If you have that then you’re good to start going for it.

If you land a critical hit, you have a 20% chance to activate a special mode that guard breaks your opponent. That’s actually one of the reasons we’ve seen so many YouTubers complain about the weapon. That and the ability to press R to use a red slash that disables your opponent’s moves. Finally, let’s not forget that holding S does a blue slash that makes you take 10% less damage from your opponent and also deal 10% more damage to them.

These are probably the most cheese abilities I’ve ever heard of. If it was harder to get, then definitely give it this kind of ability, but Clan Wars isn’t a super special thing to get into, so it feels a bit overpowered to many people.

So essentially, you’re just hoping you get a critical so you have a chance to disable your opponent’s blocking. All the while, you’re disabling their moves (except shikai, shrift, or res) and dealing 10% more damage than you should while taking 10% less.

Type Soul Murasama’s Stream weapon requirements

In order to use Murasama’s Stream in Kendo, you need to have 60 points in Kendo. That’s more than the 50 that most Kendo weapons need you to have. Once you get it, just put the weapon in your inventory and get ready to battle.

There’s also the requirement of being in a clan because you have to get it from Clan Wars. So this isn’t a weapon for loners.

How to start a Clan War to get Murasama’s Stream in Type Soul

To start a Clan War in Type Soul, you need to be in a clan or create one. As the clan leader, you have the power to begin Clan Wars, which are tough fights that need careful planning and getting your character stronger. To join these battles, go to the Clan Wars choice in the Special Section on the main menu.

You can also just ask your clan leader to do it. We don’t recommend getting another clan in on a scheme to make sure both sides get it. While not much can stop you, you have to think about the trouble you could get into if the developers find out that you’re trying to exploit the game. We’d say just do clan wars normally until you get it.
