King Legacy Passive Tree Guide

To get a Passive in King Legacy, players must seek out the Passive Tree, which appears in different locations across the map but only at night. If a player finds it, it will fade away upon use until the next night, but if left unfound, it’ll disappear at sunrise. There is no set location for the Passive Tree to appear, so players will always need to seek it out.

Interacting with the Passive Tree is the first step to gaining the Passive ability. It will mention that it’s the tree of the gods and can give the player and all those around it a blessing. Select Blessing from the conversation window for the tree to trigger an animation that culminates in the bestowal of a Fate Book and the revelation of a new Passive available for viewing in the Status screen.

To use the power of the Fate Book, players must ensure they are in a safe zone. They can then navigate to the Stats menu and click on the ‘+’ symbol next to the passive option.

This prompts a window to appear, offering the choice to Reroll or Close. By selecting the Fate Book and confirming the action, a book animation ensues, presenting four Passives they have now gained. The Passives could be something like this:

  • Luxuriant I – Increases $ Money drops from Quests by 10%
  • Chance I – Increases drop rates from NPCs by 5%
  • Skill Haste II – Reduces Cooldown of all abilities by 7%
  • Ruin IV – Increases damage dealt to Player by 8%

So the higher the rank, the better the Passive is. I is the lowest, and V will be the highest. I’m unsure if you need another Fate Book to reroll to get new Passives.

It’s not in a set location it can spawn anywhere at night. But if someone has already found it, you’ll never see it until the next night.
