To get White Titan’s Hat in Fruit Seas, you have to go to Marine Fortress and beat White Titan, which requires reaching at least level 1000. There’s a 3% chance of acquiring White Titan’s Hat, a legendary accessory. It’s important you understand that’s a very small chance, and this is a Raid Boss, so it’s going to take a lot of time.
He also has a 7% chance to drop White Titan’s Mustache and a 1% chance to drop a White Titan’s Cape. When you compare the drop rate to other items dropped by this particular boss, 3% isn’t so bad.
