League of Legend’s has a number of prestige skins that drop with their major skin events. These skins only last for a limited time, and serve as a unique change to a skin’s look and effects. In this guide, we’ll tell you exactly how to unlock Porcelain Lux Prestige Edition before the Lunar New Year event ends.
Unlocking Porcelain Lux Prestige Edition
The new event-specific prestige skin is for Porcelain Lux, part of the brand new Porcelain Protectors skin line. This prestige skin features a solid gold recolor of the Porcelain Lux skin, along with some changes to her outfit and shiny new effects. The skin is featured in the event shop for 2000 Lunar Revel tokens.
Ezreal, Kindred, Lissandra and Amumu have also received Porcelain Protector skins alongside the Firecracker Sett, Tristana, Teemo, Xin Zhao and Diana skins. These skins all have special chromas in the event shop for 300 event tokens. There is another, as of yet unknown prestige skin in the shop, set to potentially release in the next patch.
Earning Lunar Revel Tokens
There are a few ways you can earn 2000 Lunar Revel tokens to unlock your Prestige Porcelain Lux skin. While anyone who logs into League right now will receive 12 free Lunar Revel missions to unlock Lunar Revel tokens, you won’t get enough for the skin from those alone.
The best away to earn 2000 Lunar Revel tokens is to but the Lunar Revel 2022 pass. Not only does this pass unlock 10 more, higher-rewarding missions for tokens, it also gives you an infinite token generation mission that refreshes as soon as you complete it. This is the best way to earn your tokens, as long as you’re saving your tokens when you earn them. The Lunar Revel 2022 pass goes for 1650 rp in the game store.
If you don’t feel like grinding out missions, you can spend a little extra to buy orb bundles. 1 Firecracker Orb bundle goes for 250 rp, and gives 1 Firecracker Orb and 16 tokens. While a lot more expensive, each Firecracker Orb also gives skins, so it’s a good way to fill out your skin collection at the same time.
