In the brand new Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, players can use gems and crafting to purchase card packs and create singular new cards to expand their collections. Initially, card packs are sparse, with more Secret Packs appearing through random card pulls. What few players know is that the Secret Pack system can be manipulated to unlock the packs you want. In this guide, we’ll show you have to force a secret pack to unlock.

Unlocking Secret Packs in Master Duel
Secret Packs are purchasable card packs that are initially hidden from the player. When new players head to the Secret Packs section of the store, they’re met with an empty area that will slowly fill as they collect more cards. Secret packs mostly appear at random when opening a card pack. However, we can make specific Secret Packs appear in the store using card crafting.
To force a Secret Pack to appear in your shop in Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel, all you have to do is craft a Super Rare or Ultra Rare card that’s featured in that pack. This can require a lot of guesswork, but we have confirmed two high-value Secret Packs and the cards you need to unlock them.
Secret Pack “Darkest Magics”
The first confirmed secret pack is a Dark Magician-themed deck, featuring the titular magician himself. This pack also includes his famous companions from the anime, including Dark Magician Girl and Dark Paladin, as well as plenty of Dark Magician-themed spell and trap cards.
To unlock Darkest Magics, all you need to do is craft an Ultra Rare or Super Rare card featured in the pack. The card “Dark Magical Circle” has been confirmed to make this deck appear in your shop, and it only costs 30 crafting points.
Secret Pack “The Azure in the Ivory”
This deck is themed around the famous rival of the Dark Magician, the Blue-Eyes White Dragon. More specifically, it contains both the Sage With Eyes Of Blue and the Maiden With Eyes Of Blue cards, and a litany of blue-eyed dragons to support them, such as the fan-favorite Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
To unlock The Azure in the Ivory secret deck, you can craft the Super Rare “The White Stone of the Ancients” card, This card has been confirmed to unlock the secret pack, but any Ultra or Super rare in the list above should unlock it.
