The Ultimate Guide to Limitbreaking in Peroxide

First things first, your stats are capped in Peroxide, and to increase these stats further, you have to use Limitbreak. There are seven ranks in Peroxide, and each rank has a stat cap. A Limitbreak is essentially ascended to the next rank.

But before you do, you need to max out your stats for the rank you’re on. In your Stats menu, on the right side will say Limitbreak, and underneath this should be some text. It should look something like this:

  • Combat Stats Unmaxed
  • Reiatsu Stat Unmaxed
  • Agility Stat Unmaxed

You need to max all of these stats for your current rank. Once you do, the text will disappear, and in its place will be a yellow/golden bar. This bar is your Limitbreak gauge. You now need to max the bar until it’s at maximum.

You’ll know when the Limibreak bar is maxed out because it will start to animate like a liquid, so when it’s full, you can then press G to use it to rank up. You complete some of the harder content in Peroxide, you must Limitbreak to get better stats.

How to Charge Limitbreak in Peroxide

Charging the Limitbreak is straightforward in Peroxide. Every time you defeat enemies, you’re not just clearing your path but also inching closer to charging up your Limitbreak. A clear visual cue for this is the yellow/golden bar that fills up in your Stats menu after each kill. Once that bar is completely full, your character will start glowing—a clear sign that you’re ready to unleash the power of the Limitbreak.

For those eager to charge their Limitbreak faster, here’s a pro tip from my numerous hours in the game: Target the Hollows and Menos. They’re tough, no doubt, but taking down even a handful of them can fill up your yellow bar pretty quickly.

You need to carry on doing this process until you are S rank, the highest rank in Peroxide. Then remember to hit G once your Limitbreak gauge is full to rank up!
