The Dr. House spec has some unique properties and moves:
- Genius Doctor: Your damage output scales with your Intellect stat, not Strength or other typical combat stats. This makes Intellect incredibly important.
- Blood Clot: Because Dr. House has a damaged leg, you cannot dash when using the Dr. House style. This is a major limitation.
Basic Attacks:
- M1 Light Combo (Fast Cane/Fist Strike): A series of quick attacks using the cane and fists.
- M2 Heavy Attack (Fast Cane Slam): A strong attack using the cane.
Style Techniques (Special Moves):
- Differential Diagnosis (T Key):
- Pulls up a clipboard showing the statistics of both you and any nearby players.
- This includes stats, levels, implants, relics, and any damage/durability buffs.
- This is a purely informational move.
- Cane Pull:

- Illness 1: Cushings: Makes the target fat, gives them constant Calorie drain, and reduces their dashes.
- Illness 2: Leptospirosis: Causes the target to be ragdolled and stunned every 15 seconds.
- Illness 3: Erdheim Chester Disease: Causes organ weakness, resulting in a stacking durability debuff that increases from 10% to 40% over one minute.
- Illness 4: CIPA: Makes the target unable to feel pain. Their health bar is disabled, so they can’t see their own health.
- Illness 5: Frontal Lobe Disinhibition: The target cannot lie. Similar to the “Pre-Initiative” ability, the target’s moves will be displayed above their head a second before they use them.
- Illness 6: Lupus: Makes the target’s immune system attack them, giving them a 100% Anti-Heal debuff (they can’t be healed).
