Barbie, the beloved childhood icon, is extending her presence into the Roblox gaming platform, with the beta launch of Barbie Dreamhouse Tycoon. The game is developed by GameFam, a studio known for its work on brand titles such as Sonic Speed Simulator, Super NFL Tycoon, and Build-A-Bear Tycoon. Currently, access to the beta version of the game is set at 50 Robux, though it is expected that upon completion of the beta phase, the game should be free-to-play.

Barbie Dreamhouse Tycoon offers a platform where gamers can delve into the Barbie universe and build their custom Barbie Dreamhouse. In addition to creating and visiting friends’ Dreamhouses, players will be able to personalize their avatars’ makeup, hair, and outfits, while also having the opportunity to collect a variety of exciting fashions.

The game also provides a series of mini-games involving activities like cooking, fashion and music challenges. Gamers can lend a hand to the Barbie characters in these challenges. Furthermore, the game expands beyond the Dreamhouse’s confines as players can explore other areas in town, including a boutique and a bakery.

GameFam plans to continue updates on Barbie Dreamhouse Tycoon, introducing new careers and locations for players to build and explore, enhancing the gaming experience.

As for platform availability, Barbie Dreamhouse Tycoon can be accessed and played on various devices, including PC, XBOX, and mobile devices.

Barbie has been getting quite the promotion lately due to new film starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling that will be released in the United States on July 21, 2023.
