Looks like Roblox is experiencing some issues right mid-day on May 4th, 2023. The common error being received is, “kicked for unexpected client behavior” which might appear to have something to do with the player, but is being widely reported by many. This means it is likely some kind of issue with Roblox that is going on right now, so don’t be concerned. Earlier, the platform was experiencing issues with players showing up as “Noobs” in game. Looks like this might be causing additional issues.
It is important to note that you were not banned or kicked on purpose from whatever game you were playing. This is purely on Roblox’s side of things, so don’t be concerned that you might have done something wrong!
As of right now, the Roblox Status page is only showing details on the Avatar service disruption. This has been an ongoing issue throughout the day, but players were still able to access games. Now, however, players are being kicked when attempting to join experiences.
While this hasn’t been proven, it is possible that the new anti-cheat that appears to have been officially rolled out is causing bugs with the platform. We’ll have to wait and see what ends up being the case.
When Roblox is experiencing issues, it is always best to just not play any game where you are concerned about information being saved. You will also want to avoid spending any Robux, just in case something happens with your transaction. If you must play during issues, play something just for fun!
