Pokemon Scarlet and Violet bring some new additions to the game, which means there’s a lot of new pocket monsters out there that can be collected and battled against. When battling against certain Pokemon, it’s unclear what type they are initially, so learning which moves you should use is very important! Smoliv Weaknesses
Smoliv is a Grass and Normal-type Pokemon, which means they have weaknesses to Bug, Fire, Flying, Ice, Poison, Fighting-type moves. It is immune to Ghost, but it is resistant to Ground, Water, Grass, Electric attacks.
While any Bug, Fire, Flying, Ice, Poison, Fighting-type moves will be sufficient to finish of Smoliv, you will want to focus on Physical Attacks moves if you have them. Smoliv has higher Special Defense, which means you will have much better luck using Physical Attacks.
As for specific Pokemon you want to avoid bringing into battle against Smoliv, you will want to make sure to leave Ground, Rock, Water-types out. They all have at least one weakness to Smoliv’s attacks. Smoliv also carries no additional leveling-types moves, so there are no additional Pokemon you have to be aware of.
