Surviving in Sunkenland is not that easy. The waters are filled with sharks, and while finding food and shelter might be straightforward, getting clean drinking water is a different story. With the right tools and knowledge, you can ensure you always have a sip of fresh water at hand.

In this guide, we’ll give you information on Advanced Water Purifiers in Sunkenland and how to make the most Water Purifers.

How to Get an Advanced Water Purifier in Sunkenland

To get an Advanced Purifier in Sunkenland, you must craft it, but first, you need to research it from the second level of your Research Table. You need five Iron Ingots, eight Components, eight Rubber, and eight Glass. Once you have the materials, build and place the Advanced Purifer in your base, and you can use it!

In my early days of playing, I quickly realized the importance of clean water. Dehydration is a real threat, and the game doesn’t make it easy for you. But with the right tools, you can turn the tide in your favor.

To start, you’ll need a water purifier. There are two types in Sunkenland: the Simple Purifier and the Advanced Purifier. The Simple Purifier is your starting point. Once you’ve got your Research Table up and running, you can unlock this purifier at level one. It’s basic but gets the job done.

However, as you progress and upgrade your Research Table to level two, you’ll gain access to the Advanced Purifier.

How to Use a Water Purifier in Sunkenland

Now that you’ve got your purifier, it’s time to put it to work. To use a Water Purifer in Sunkenland you need a few things. First, you’ll need some seawater. I remember crafting a metal bucket (which you can make from 6 scraps) and scooping up the salty water. Once you’ve got your water, head over to your purifier.

For the Simple Purifier, just pour in the water and wait. But the Advanced Purifier requires a bit more finesse. Before adding water, you’ll need to add some wood. This fuels the purification process. Once you’ve added your wood and water, press and hold the F key. This pumps the water distillery, and in no time, you’ll have clean, drinkable water.

Always have an empty glass bottle on hand. This way, you can store your purified water and carry it with you on your adventures. So much better having traveling back to your base when you get thirsty!
