The bounty system in The Bloodline causes the NPCs to attack you in town while you try and go about your business. Since the game is in early access, it’s easy to wonder if you can get rid of your bounty in The Bloodline. Luckily, we have your answer below.

If you’re into The Bloodline, why not check out our guide on wood bundles, since they’re important for making structures in the game. If you’re finding yourself getting bounties easily, you should use our sneaking guide to learn how to sneak in the game.

Can you get rid of your bounty in The Bloodline?

Unfortunately, there’s no way to get rid of your bounty in The Bloodline. Since the game is still in early access, there are some things missing that will be included in the full release. In time, there will certainly be a way to clear your bounty, because it’s kind of game-breaking.

For now, you’ll just have to either make a new character or deal with the townsfolk hating your guts and openly attacking you. When a bounty system is released, we’ll update the page with everything you’ll need to know about it.

We do think that a way to remove your bounty as well as a more intricate bounty system is coming. This is the definition of game-breaking because one mistake can ruin the entire experience. So we imagine that more people will report this and that the developer will fast-track work on bounties.

One thing that could make it take longer is if there are bugs or glitches in the core game. The developer needs to test and fix a lot of the core game before moving on to other aspects. In any case, since this can be a reason for people to leave the game and possibly forget about it, we can expect a fix very soon.

To find out when something like wood bundles will be added, keep an eye on the developer’s Twitter, Steam page, and Discord channel.
