Two Point Campus is the highly anticipated sequel to Two Point Hospital, and a brand-new launch trailer has just been released. The game is scheduled to launch on August 9th, 2022 for PC and console. It was also announced to be available day one for Xbox Game Pass subscribers.

You can watch the full launch trailer, filled with just as much quirky humor as ever, on Two Point Studios’ official YouTube channel here:

The trailer begins with a graduation celebration speech, including an audience full of truly bizarre and exciting characters, such as knights and apparent vampires. Two Point Hospital never held back with unusual ideas, despite being stuck in one setting, and it seems the sequel will live up to that potential.

The trailer showcases a variety of unusual and hilarious activities for players, like Disco dancing, practicing magic with boiling cauldrons, and the new sport “Cheese Ball”.

Sports always open up complex mechanics, so it’ll be interesting to see how that’s incorporated. At the very least, it’s confirmed by the trailer description that players will need to guide their students to the best of their “academic potential”. You can even give them clubs, gigs and develop their relationships to keep them happy.

Fans got a glimpse of Knight School, Spy School, and the introduction of outdoor building. It’s a promising addition that reinforces an element of expansion for the series.

Using in-game currency, you’ll be able to work on basic foundations or customize many little details yourself, including all of the outdoor trees and flora. This is a vast improvement from Two Point Hospital, where simply placing equipment could sometimes be a headache, and was just part of the challenge.

Two Point Campus is available to pre-order now, and arrives just in time for the first week of school. You can read more about Two Point Studios and other indie devs by checking out our news section!
