How to Obtain Sung Jin Woo Sword in Verse Piece
To get the Sung Jin Woo Daggers/Sword in Verse Piece, you must meet several specific requirements. You need to own both the Basaka and Knight Daggers, have the Monarch Trait equipped, hold the Second Awakening Title, and have at least 10,000 Gems.
Once you have all these items, you then head to the Sung Jin Woo Teacher NPC on the Starter Island during your play session. There, you can purchase the daggers from him for 10,000 Gems. The following sections detail each requirement and how to acquire them.
How to Get Basaka and Knight Daggers in Verse Piece
The Basaka Dagger and the Knight Dagger are obtainable by clearing the Shadow Monarch Dungeon. To do this, first travel to Runes Island and spawn the Shadow Monarch Dungeon. Note that entering this dungeon costs 5,000 Gems and requires 3 Dungeon Tickets. When you enter the dungeon, you must first defeat Igris in the initial wave. In the subsequent wave, you need to defeat Sung Jin Woo because only he can drop the Basaka and Knight Daggers. Since both daggers are of exotic rarity, you will need to farm the dungeon repeatedly to get them.
How to Get the Monarch Trait in Verse Piece
To obtain the Monarch Trait, you must use the Traits Reroll NPC located in Frost Town. The trait is an exotic rarity drop with only a 0.025% chance of being acquired. You can reroll repeatedly until you finally obtain it. The Monarch Trait is one of the best traits available, as it not only grants a 7.5x damage multiplier but also adds 10,000 to Defense, Special, Sword, and Strength.
How to Get the Second Awakening Title in Verse Piece
The Second Awakening Title is obtained by interacting with the pre-awakening Sung Jin Woo NPC in Karakura Town. To be eligible for this quest, you must be between levels 7500 and 10000. The NPC will then assign you a quest that requires you to be killed 100 times by a player with the Betrayer Trait.
It does not matter if you are killed by the same player repeatedly; the total count is what matters. Once you complete this quest, you will receive the Second Awakening Title.
