What are path actions in Octopath Traveler II?
Path Actions are unique abilities that each traveler can use; each traveler gets two, one they can use during the Day, and one they can use during the Night. These Path Actions enable the travelers to interact with the townspeople of Solistia.
Path Actions range from being able obtain unusual items, recruit townspeople for certain jobs, gain access to things or areas previously inaccessible, or to obtain information on the sly. In game, you can easily toggle between day and night time, which gives you easier access to the Day and Night Path Actions of your traveler character.
