What Happens If I Eat The 2024 Birthday Cake in Adopt Me?

Eating the 2024 Birthday Cake in Adopt Me will increase your walking speed. The cryptic message doesn’t really help very much when you’re eating more to figure it out. The speed increase is pretty slow each time, and the amount of time it lasts isn’t known. What we do know is that it continues to increase with each cake piece, up to an unknown amount.

I ate five pieces and walked around, but I couldn’t really tell that much of a difference. I just kept getting the “eat more cake to increase the effects” message. I’d say it’s just a party trick, and not to hope you’ll become a speedster from it. I

This cake features a layered yellow and magenta cake with a dollop of whipped cream on the top. The 2024 Birthday Cake is a limited common food item in Adopt Me! released for the game’s seventh birthday. It can be found at its stand next to the Accessory Shop and next to the Birthday Butterfly.

It takes one bite/interaction to fully consume, and it can be used to fulfill the hunger aliment of a pet. The cake pieces also leave your inventory when you leave the game.
