In Attack on Titan Revolution’s Attack (AoT Revolution) Titan Raid, success hinges on protecting Eren Yeager for a set number of waves, which scales based on the number of players in your team. Even though you have to beat Eren in the next phase, don’t think losing him in phase one helps. Below, we’ll let you know how it plays out, because it’s not an immediate fail.

AoT Revolution – What Happens If I Let Eren Die In Phase 1 of Raid?
If Eren dies in the first part of Attack on Titan Revolution (AoT Revolution) Raid, the main objective changes from defeating the Attack Titan to just staying alive and getting rid of all the other regular titans. Also, you won’t be able to get the best loot chest, called the Emperor’s Trove, at the end of the Raid. Even if you finish the Raid in retreat mode, you’ll still get some rewards, but they won’t be as good as the rewards you get if Eren survives.

Essentially, failing to protect Eren in Phase 1 means forfeiting the chance to acquire the top-tier loot and potentially missing out on valuable resources or equipment. Players in his family don’t need a Serum to shift.
Here are some tips to increase your chances of keeping Eren alive in Phase 1:
- Prioritize eliminating titans that target Eren. They are usually identifiable by their glowing red eyes. Eren has to survive, so he may be the second most important part of it, next to you.
- Always use a team of people you’re used to, and make sure everyone uses area of effect attacks. It’s easier to deal with a group of titans near Eren than one at a time.
- Do not try to do raids alone, you’re not going to win and you’ll see Eren die a lot. It’s just not worth it.
If you work with your raid team well, or are strong enough to do it alone, you’ll likely not lose Eren in Phase 1 and finish the raid with a real reward instead of smaller ones.
