Anime Last Stand has rolled out a Bleach update inspired by the Thousand-Year Blood War (TYBW) arc. This update brings a host of new units, EVOs, portals, and a special item called Energy. But what exactly is Energy used for in Anime Last Stand?

If you’re after some codes, head to our Anime Last Stand codes page and see what you can get! Why not check out our ALS guides on How to Get Cursed Essence, How to Get Anti-Magic Mask, and How to Get Soul Society Invasion Portals in Anime Last Stand.

Anime Last Stand Energy Guide – What Does it Do?

Energy is used to complete a secret quest to obtain a new type of portal called Inner Dimension in Anime Last Stand by speaking to Kisuke Urahara or Uryū Ishida. As it is not an EVO item, I believe it has no other use.

Energy is obtained by completing the new Soul Society Story mode acts. Completing all six acts will earn you Energy, but you need a total of 500 to get this new portal. This will be a lot of grinding as you will get between x10-25 Energy by completing Soul Society Act 6.

The NPC you need to speak to depends on whether you’re on the Shinigami or Quincy team. If you are a Shinigami, you need to speak to Kisuke Urahara. If you are a Quincy, you need to speak to Uryū Ishida. By giving one of them 500 Energy, you will receive an Inner Dimension Portal.

I am also not sure if you get more Inner Dimension portals from completing Inner Dimension portals, but if not, you can get another one by grinding another 500 Energy and speaking to Kisuke/Uryū again.

I’m unsure if Energy will have a different use in future updates, but at the moment, its only use is to obtain Inner Dimension Portals.
