Where to Find Dark Frosting
To get Dark Frosting in Destiny 2 The Dawning event, you will need to kill enemies with Stasis abilities or weapons. Then, there is a random chance that it will be dropped, but you’ll have to do some farming and make several attempts in order to farm the amount of materials you need. As long as you kill enemies with Stasis abilities or weapons, there is a chance that Dark Frosting will drop.
Each recipe that requires Dark Frosting will only need one of the item, so hopefully, luck is on your side and it won’t take too long to get the amount you need!
How to Farm Dark Frosting
You’ll want to head to any location that is densely populated with enemies, like the Moon or Dreaming City, which is where you’ll have the best chance of farming for Dark Frosting due to the density. Remember, you need to kill enemies with Stasis abilities or weapons in order to trigger the chance of the ingredient dropping.
