If you are new to Roblox then you might have missed out on all of the hub bub surrounding the Egg Hunt. It was an event that was run around Easter each year that would involve a bunch of developers creating quests in their games to get themed eggs if they were completed. These eggs were collectible avatar items that you could keep forever. Will this event be back in 2022? We’ll take a look at what we know in this guide.

Roblox Egg Hunt 2022
It is currently unknown whether there will be an Egg Hunt for Roblox in 2022. Last year there was a different event held during the time period known as the Metaverse Champions event. It seems likely that something along those lines is going to be what takes place. However, no official word yet has been announced, so we will need to wait for Roblox before we know for sure.
We know that’s a disappointing answer, but you won’t have to wait too long before we find out what event (if any) will take place in April 2022. The announcements for Egg Hunt and the Metaverse Champion events come during the Bloxys. This is the award show that Roblox puts on to give out trophies to some of the best games on the platform. The Bloxy Awards have traditionally taken place in mid-to-late February each year. If we’re going to learn something, it will be then!
The last Egg Hunt took place in 2022 and was known as Agents of E.G.G. There were 53 eggs to collect in a ton of different games and started on April 7th, 2020 and ended on April 28th, 2020.
Whether or not there’s an Egg Hunt, you will likely get some kind of big event this year. These events are great for free to play players who are looking to dress up their avatar. You can usually get at least a few items by completing various quests and challenges! So, even if it isn’t an Egg Hunt, it should be something worth your time.
