As World of Warcraft enthusiasts delve into Neltharion’s clandestine lab, the Shadowed Crucible in Aberrus, Patch 10.1.5 is concurrently making its debut on the Public Test Realm (PTR). This content update brings a host of new features including a novel specialization for dracthyr Evokers, a mega-dungeon titled ‘Dawn of the Infinite’, and much more.

In an unprecedented collaboration, Emberthal and Ebyssian are striving to unleash the Black dragonflight essence that was drained from the dracthyr during their prolonged stasis. This effort will unlock forgotten memories and powers, enabling all Evokers to explore Azeroth with a new specialization: Augmentation.

The update also introduces a new mega-dungeon, ‘Dawn of the Infinite’. The Infinite Dragonflight, historical adversaries of the Bronze dragonflight, have tirelessly endeavored to catalyze the transformation of Nozdormu, the Aspect of Time, into Murazond. This eight-boss, Mythic-only mega-dungeon will transport players through time to thwart the Infinite Dragonflight’s plan. The mission will pit players against formidable foes, including Iridikron and Galakrond, in a bid to restore Azeroth’s timeline.

The game’s timeline narrative continues to evolve, as the time streams have become somewhat unstable due to recent events. As the boundaries between timelines weaken, minions from alternate timelines are infiltrating Azeroth. Players will unite to tackle Time Rifts, repel the onslaught of minions, and repair the timeline.

The new content in Eon’s Fringe allows players to rectify the timeways and solve problems arising from their instability while reaping rewards for their efforts. This repeatable content adds to the player’s gaming experience.

Adding a lighter element to the game, the ‘Whelp Daycare’ feature allows players to aid the dragons who are struggling to care for their numerous eggs. Players will guide five dragon whelps as they mature and learn about the dragon flights, all while earning Renown and more.

The upcoming ‘Fractures in Time’ content update expands the Warlock class to include Night Elves, Draenei, Lightforged Draenei, Pandaren, Kul Tiran, Tauren, Highmountain Tauren, Mag’har Orcs, and Zandalari Trolls. Furthermore, Warlocks will be able to embark on a new quest line, which begins with “Beginning Impositions”, unlocking a new imp pet customization. The update will also allow players to visit the Barbershop to customize their pets.
