How to Trade Houses in Adopt Me

When you want to sell your house in Adopt Me, go to your mailbox outside your house and choose the “Trade House” option. A big “FOR TRADE” sign will show up outside your house, telling everyone it’s available. Then, other players can click on the sign to visit your house and check out all your cool furniture.

If someone really likes your design, they can ask you to trade while still in the game. A window will appear, showing your house and what they’re offering in return (pets, toys, vehicles, etc.). If you both say yes, the trade happens, and they’ll be the new owner of your fully furnished house.
What Happens to Furniture When Trading Houses?

When you swap your house, all the furniture that comes with it gets passed to the new owner. This is a cool way to show your decorating style to others! But remember, furniture in a swapped house won’t earn you any money if you choose to sell it later.
What Can I Trade a House For?
The options are limitless when it comes to swapping your house. You can say yes to anything someone offers you in the trade window as long as it’s something you can trade in Adopt Me. This means pets, toys, food, vehicles, and pet accessories are all fair game. Just keep in mind that you can’t exchange your house for another house or Robux. You can only trade for items.
Do I Need a License to Trade Houses?
Yes, you have to have a special Trading License to trade your house. It’s the same license you use for trading things in Adopt Me, so if you’ve been trading already, you’re all set!
What Houses Can Be Traded in Adopt Me?

You can exchange any house you own in Adopt Me, except for the VIP house. This special house can’t be traded.
Why Can’t I Trade My House in Adopt Me?
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to swap your house. First, you need to own at least two houses. You can’t swap your only place to live! Second, make sure you’re not trying to swap the VIP house.
Can I Trade Houses Using the Trading Stand?
You cannot trade houses using the trading stand. This is because players must see your house inside before they decide to trade. The trade can only happen from inside the house you’re offering.
Why Can’t I Remove My House From the Trade Window?

This is to stop any unexpected changes that might make the other player confused (or feel tricked). Once your house is in the trade window, it stays there until the trade is agreed upon or canceled. This makes sure the other player knows exactly what they’re getting.
How Many Houses Can I Trade at a Time in Adopt Me?
You can only swap one house at a time. The other player needs to be present in person to decide whether it’s the right match for them.
Can I Trade Houses I Bought With Robux in Adopt Me?

You can exchange the houses you purchased with Robux, but like any other Robux house, you won’t be able to sell them for Robux after trading.
