The Black Clover update in Anime Reborn brings new story acts, units, evolutions, and materials. One of the most important items added is Clovers, a key material needed for evolving powerful Black Clover-inspired units. This guide will explain how to get Clovers, what they’re used for, and what to expect during your grind.

How to Get Clovers in Anime Reborn

Getting Clovers in Anime Reborn requires a bit of patience and luck. There’s only two ways to obtain them, and it involves grinding in the Clover Kingdom Infinite Act, or redeeming codes.

Clover Kingdom Infinite Act Clover Drop Rate

  • Clovers have a 20% drop rate per boss kill in the Clover Kingdom Infinite Act.
  • This means roughly one in five boss defeats will give you a Clover.
  • The process is entirely RNG-based, so some players might get lucky and farm Clovers quickly, while others may go through several rounds without seeing a single one.

The only proper way to get Clovers right now is through this grinding process, so be prepared to spend some time in the Infinite to collect what you need.

Redeem Anime Reborn Codes

Occasionally, Anime Reborn developers release codes that can grant free items, including Clovers. For example, I received 2 Clovers from a recent Anime Reborn code during the update release. However, codes often expire quickly, and Clover rewards might not appear again in future codes.

Don’t rely on codes as a consistent method for obtaining Clovers, but it’s worth keeping an eye on new announcements and updates.

What Are Clovers Used For in Anime Reborn?

Clovers are critical for evolving certain Black Clover units. Here’s a quick breakdown of some examples:

  • Wizard King Julius (Time King)
  • Noille (Awakened)
    • Requires 1 Clover to evolve into Noille [Awakened].

Since these units are some of the most powerful in the update, Clovers are essential. And if you want to evolve all the new Black Clover units, then you’re going to need a lot of Clovers.
