The Attack on Titan Revolution Update 1 introduced a system called Resonance, specifically for Attack Titan shifters. Resonance allows you to permanently enhance your Attack Titan’s abilities by unlocking passive upgrades. Below, we’ll explain how it works.

How To Unlock Resonance System And How It Works In Attack On Titan Revolution

You can get the Resonance System once you unlock the attack titan. So learn how to shift, and then you’ll be able to see your Resonance tree in your equipment menu. Resonance buffs are permanent and persist through prestige, so it’s worth unlocking.

You’ll need Attack Shards to unlock Resonance levels. These can be gained from the market or as a drop from the new Attack on Titan raid. By using Attack Shards, you unlock Resonance levels. Each level grants a permanent passive buff to your Attack Titan. There are six different buffs you can unlock. Once you’ve unlocked the Attack on Titan Resonance system (found under Attack Mastery after getting Attack Serum through raids), you can access it through the menu to see available upgrades and their costs.

The buffs you can get include:

  • Increasing your Attack Titan’s overall damage
  • Boosting your ODM gear’s speed, control, range, and gas capacity.
  • Reduce the awakening bar fill time
  • Increase your Attack Titan’s health and damage resistance

We’ve seen nothing but praise for the system so far, so we’d say it’s a really good way to play the game and get easy boosts.
