How to Get Speed Boots in Fisch [GlimmerSuit Boots Guide]
To get the GlimmerSuit Boots in Fisch, you must start a quest given by Dr. Crookspine. You can find him at the Oil Refinery POI at GPS coordinates (-1793, 130, -480). He is inside the right room at the top of the refinery and has black robot hands coming from his shoulders— hard to miss the doctor honestly.

Talking to Dr. Crookspine starts the quest, where he asks you to find three items to craft the boots.

Once you have all three items, return to Dr. Crookspine at the Oil Refinery and hand them over. He will craft the GlimmerSuit Boots for you, and they will automatically appear in your inventory.
