It has been a big day for Fortnite teasers ahead of Chapter Four, season three, with developer Epic Games releasing a short teaser video showcasing a look at the island caving in on itself. Only hours later, they shared an official look at four new skins coming next season, likely as part of the battle pass that will launch on June 9.
These four Fortnite new characters were revealed alongside a promotional image as well, showing the temple from the Wilds teaser trailer in better detail. The four new skins don’t really fit a similar theme, but it will be interesting to see how they fit into the new season. Find the official images from the announcement below.
Era has a really cool back outfit, with some kind of blue energy dagger pickaxes and a blue circle on her hip that somewhat resembles a compass or a clock due to the arms. With the season being related to dinosaurs, as shown in the Fortnite Optimus Prime leak, it would be interesting if this character has powers over time.
Trace looks like he’s a fighter, holding a semi-bo staff with a futuristic satchel strapped to his chest. His clothes look worn, likely meaning he’s been on a journey for some time before finding himself in the Wilds of the new island. He also seems to have some powers that go between the tattoos on his arm and the staff.
Rian is going to be a tough fighter when she enters the battle royale next season, with her style in the reveal image being different than what was shown in the trailer released earlier today. In the other image, she was wearing a red outfit with hair that looked like it was flames.
Lorenzo looks like he’s an explorer of some kind, with tattoos all over his body that represent himself as a Wayfinder, eager to explore this new biome. He holds a wooden club or sword across his shoulder that seems to have similar markings to his tattoos.
