The code you need is RIHAPPYCAT2021 and you just need to head over to the official Redeem Roblox Promotions page to enter it in. Once you reach the page, just paste the code into the textbox and hit the redeem button to add it to your inventory.
To wear the Arctic Ninja Cat hat, just go to your Avatar page and you should see listed under the Recent > All area that shows up when you open up this page. If you don’t see it, try selecting the Clothing > Accessories > Hat option that should show you all of the hats you currently own.
