How to Get Gear 5 in Haze Piece

To get Gear 5 in Haze Piece, there are certain requirements you must follow:

Once you have completed these requirements, you can move on to get Gear 5 in Haze Piece.

Head to Skull Island and Kill the Mace V2 Boss

Skull Island is the new addition to the game where this whole process begins in Second Sea. Skull Island is located above Desert City and is the level 2850 on your in-game map. I advise you to set your spawn point here. On this island, you need to find and kill the Mace V2 Boss, who is level 2950, and you need a specific item from this Mace V2 Boss, which is a Dragon Orb, which has a 1% drop chance. This will be a grind to get unless you’re super lucky, but it’ll be worth it. The Mace V2 boss is easy to find; it’s directly in front of Nami the Navigator, aka the spawn.

Summon the Dragon Super Boss

Once you have the Dragon Orb in Haze Piece, you must now go to a new island called Onigashima, otherwise known as Dragon Island. Head up to the front of the skull and interact with the grave, the Orb to summon the Dragon Super Boss. This boss is level 3,500 and will be the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far in Haze Piece. I recommend using ranged attacks, but do what’s best for you.

Acquire Drums of Liberation

Once you defeat Dragon Super Boss, you’ll have a 100% chance of obtaining Drums of Liberation. However, you must have a rubber fruit equipped to get these drums. If you do not have the gum-gum fruit equipped, the drums will not drop for you.

Go to the Floating Rock above Skull Island and Speak to Incurr

Once you have the Drums of Liberation, you must head back to Skull Island and speak to the Gear 5 NPC Trainer here called Incurr, who is located on the floating rock above the island. Hand over the Drum of Liberation you have, along with $500,000 Beli and 100 Gems. Upon doing so, you will have unlocked Gear 5 in Haze Piece.

How to Unlock Additional Gear 5 Skills in Haze Piece

To unlock additional skills for Gear 5 to use in Haze Piece, you need to obtain more Drums of Liberation for additional skills. Each additional skill will cost you another 500k beli and 100 Gems. There are five more skills to unlock, meaning you have to kill the Dragon five more times to get five more drums to get all of the Gear 5 skills.

All Gear 5 Skills in Haze Piece

There are six skills you can get for Gear 5 in Haze Piece, and here are what they are:

  • Kaminari Lightning
  • God Clap
  • Spiritual Dominance
  • Gomu Giant
  • Bajrang Gun
  • Cloud Fly

Gear 5 Tips

  • The bosses are extremely tough, especially Super Boss. It’s advisable to use range attacks against him.
  • The maze boss only has a 1% chance of dropping the orb you need, so be prepared for multiple attempts.
  • Make sure you have a rubber fruit equipped. Other fruits won’t work for this process.

Unlocking Gear Five in Haze Piece is a demanding but rewarding process. Not only will you unlock Gear 5 itself, but also a range of powerful skills that come with it.
