Haze Piece Observation Haki Guide – How to Get v1, v2, v3

There are three levels of Observation Haki to get in Haze Piece. There were only two levels initially, but in the new Sea 2 update, developer Holy Developer Council added a new one, v3. Here’s how to get all three!

Want to unlock the first level of Observation Haki in Haze Piece? Ensure you’re at level 600 and have $150,000 in your pocket and that you’re Marine Base Island. Marine Base Island is the Level 600 Island on your in-game map. Head up the cliff to the few houses up there and look for a person dancing around with a tag that says (Level 1) Observation Haki. Chat with them, and if you’ve met the requirements of being level 600 and having $150k Beli, you’ll unlock Haki Level 1 and gain the power to dodge three times.

How to Get Level 2 Observation Haki in Haze Piece

Got Observation Haki Level 1 and want v2 in Haze Piece? Then make sure you’re at level 1500 and have $200,000. Your next stop is Bubble Island, not far from Skull Island. Start at the Starting Island and head straight from the AFK Rewards fire. You’ll pass some Rocky Pillars and see a Sky Island above you. Keep going, and Bubble Island will pop up on your right, easy to spot with its giant trees.

Once you’re on Bubble Island, look for the yellow portal next to a house. You’ll find the (Level 2) Observation Haki NPC dancing around there. Chat ’em up, and if you’ve got the goods, you’ll unlock Observation Haki Level 2, boosting your dodges from three to five.

How to Get Level 3 Observation Haki in Haze Piece

To get Observation Haki v3 in Haze Piece, you must head to Second Sea, which is the new ocean added in the Sea 2 Magnet update, and you also need to be level 2500 and $1,000,000 Beli. You read that correctly, one million Beli.

If you want to know how to get to Sea 2 in Haze Piece, then we have a guide telling you exactly what you need to do. Once you’re at Second Sea, you need to go to Desert Island, which is the Level 2700 island on your in-game map.

When you’re on Desert Island, head towards the clock tower, which is hard to miss, and on the other side of it, quite well hidden, is the Observant Haki v3 trainer, who is also dancing like the other two Haki trainers. Look at our image below to help find this NPC. Upon getting Observation Haki v3, you’ll now get seven dodges, increased from five!
