Smalland is an open-world survival game where players explore a vast world from a small perspective. Players can traverse various landscapes such as forests, swamps, and ruins, while discovering hidden NPCs that provide lore and knowledge. If you need help knowing how to make a Ladybug Travel Kit in Smalland: Survive the Wilds, we have the recipe for it and how to get the necessary ingredients to make it!
How to make Ladybug Travel Kit
To make a Ladybug Travel Kit, you will need 3x Edible Mushroom, 2x Nectar, and 5x Fiber. This item is described as “including a special treat to tame a Ladybug” but also functions as a backpack that can be attached to the ladybug’s forewings and provides additional storage space for your inventory.
First, you will need to tame a Ladybug by bringing it to half health (or less but not enough to kill it) and then interact with the Ladybug with the Ladybug Travel Kit in your inventory. This will allow you to tame the Ladybug, who will now wear the travel kit and act as a carrying creature for you. With the kit equipped, you’ll gain an additional 20 slots to store items.
Note: if your Ladybug dies while wearing the kit, the kit disappears with the Ladybug, so you may have to craft several of these over time!
Ladybug Travel Kit Crafting Recipe
In order to craft the Ladybug Travel Kit, you will need:
| Ingredient | How to Get Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 3x Edible Mushroom | On the ground, growing |
| 2x Nectar | From flowers like poppies |
| 5x Fiber | From small plants, saplings, trees |
Crafting is a critical area to master in Smalland: Survive the Wilds. If you want to survive, preparation is essential since creatures like ants, cockroaches, beetles, wasps, and spiders see Smallfolk as a potential food source, considering them lower on the food chain. This means gathering resources, allocating them properly, and making sure you’re upgrading/crafting as you progress in the game are incredibly important aspects of your skillset in order to navigate through Smalland.
For any item that has durability, using it will cause its durability to drop. When it only requires a minor repair, it is free to do at your camp, but if it has more major repair needed, it will cost materials to repair (similar to it took to create it, just less of the respective ingredients). This means that every time you’re back home, make sure to repair anything you can while it’s free!
