How to make Clay Mortar
To make Clay Mortar, you will combine 2x Clay with 1x Bug’s Lymph at the Windmill. This is a more advanced building material that will help you improve your shelter over time. Clay can be found along beaches and the like, wherever water meets dirt. Bug’s Lymphs drop from Butterflies, Ants, and Wasps, which can be found near the starting area (by NPC Herne) as well as are fairly common to find throughout the forested areas.
Clay Mortar is described as a “workable paste which hardens when dry … useful to bind building blocks or to reinforce other materials.”
