How to trade in Blox Fruits (Update 15 – Sea 3)

Trading has gotten a lot better in Roblox Blox Fruits with the Sea 3 update that allows for storage of Fruit and direct trading with players. A nice bonus of this is that not only can you trade Fruit, you can also trade Gamepasses! However, it is a little confusing on how to actually engage in a trade in the game. It is possible to do if you’ve gotten at least to the Second Sea!

Trading Guide

The first step to trading is heading to The Cafe location that can be found at the Second Sea in the Kingdom of Rose. This is a large yellow building with a ton of windows and green colored doors. Go inside and look for the two treasure chests located next to each other against the wall.

You can also trade at the Mansion location on the floating turtle in Sea 3 if you’ve reached that far in the game.

The white chest is for storing fruits, so add the ones you might want to trade into storage. You can trade up to four fruits and gamepasses when engaging in a trade. To store a Fruit, you need to hold it in your hand, click on the chest, and click on it in the “current” tab to move it into storage. You can only store one Fruit in your inventory unless you purchase more slots with Robux.

When you’re ready to trade, you will want to sit in one of the chairs that are right next to the inventory chests. The person you are trading with will need to sit in the empty chair across from you at the table. Once you are both sitting down, there will be a menu that opens up where you can add items to it.

Keep in mind that you can only trade with someone where the maximum value difference is 40%. Each item has a value to it, and if the trade isn’t near the same value, you won’t be able to do it!

When it comes to gamepasses, we aren’t 100% on how it’s done. However, according to the Update 15 patch notes, you will need to gift yourself the gamepass to have it available for trade. These should be stored in the same way as your fruits. We’ll update this post with more details on this as soon as we know more.
