How to Get Okarun in Sakura Stand – Complete Walkthrough
To obtain the Okarun spec in Sakura Stand, you must complete the new Okarun Questline introduced in the Winter Update. The process involves five key steps.
- Step 1: Go to the Tunnel Entrance
- Step 2: Talk to Turbo Granny
- Step 3: Complete the Quest
- Step 4: Talk to Ayase
- Step 5: Run
Once you finish these steps, you will have successfully unlocked the Okarun spec.
Step 1: Go to the Tunnel Entrance in Sakura Stand
Begin by locating the Tunnel Entrance, which is situated near Sukuna. This is the starting point of the Okarun questline. Once you arrive at the Tunnel Entrance, you’ll be ready to begin the quest.

Step 2: Talk to Turbo Granny in Sakura Stand
At the Tunnel Entrance, find the Turbo Granny NPC. Speak with her to initiate the quest called “Lost Souls.” During this quest, you are required to collect 100 souls from Curses and Hollows.

Step 3: Complete the Lost Souls Quest in Sakura Stand
After speaking with Turbo Granny, focus on defeating the Curses and Hollows scattered around the area. Your goal is to accumulate 100 souls. Make sure to fight enemies like Menos, Adjuchas, and Space curses because every one of them provides exactly 1 soul each. This part of the quest is time-sensitive due to the quick despawn rate of the souls.
Step 4: Talk to Ayase in Sakura Stand
Once you’ve collected all 100 souls, head to the area near the arena where you can find the NPC Ayase. Speak with Ayase to be teleported to Turbo Granny’s domain.
Step 5: Run in Sakura Stand
After being teleported to Turbo Granny’s domain, you must run down a long road while avoiding obstacles. During this race, you have two objectives: survive for 120 seconds and dodge 300 obstacles.

When you start the run, begin moving immediately. As you run, you’ll gain speed progressively, making it extremely challenging to avoid falling rocks and other obstacles. If Turbo Granny catches you, you’ll get eaten, but you can always try the challenge again, but if you fail three times you’ll lose -10 souls from the previous quest. Also ensure you dodge the 300 obstacles because only surviving for two minutes is not enough to complete it.
Once you have finished the five steps—going to the Tunnel Entrance, talking to Turbo Granny, collecting 100 souls, speaking with Ayase, and completing the run—you will have successfully unlocked the Okarun spec in Sakura Standm by switching to standless and talking to Turbo Granny again.
