How to Get Kenpachi’s Sword in Second Piece

To get Kenpachi’s Sword in Second Piece, you’ll need to craft it at the Blacksmith. The main challenge isn’t the basic materials like Gold, Iron, and Coal, but getting the super rare [Kenpachi’s Sword] Craft Recipe, which only drops from the incredibly dangerous Kenpachi boss himself.

Getting the [Kenpachi’s Sword] Craft Recipe

This is the toughest part of the whole process:

  • How to Get: The only way to get the [Kenpachi’s Sword] Craft Recipe is by defeating the Kenpachi boss.
  • Boss Location: You can find Kenpachi spawning on Hueco Mundo island.
  • Spawn Chance: Getting him to show up is rare! He only has a 1% chance to spawn every minute. So, you might be waiting a while.
  • Drop Chance: Even if he spawns and you manage to defeat him, the recipe isn’t guaranteed. It only has a 5% drop chance.
  • Warning: This boss is extremely dangerous.
    • He’s Level 1250 with a massive 35,000,000 health.
    • He’s notorious for being able to one-hit kill players, so approach with extreme caution! You’ll likely die quite a bit trying to get this recipe.

Crafting Kenpachi’s Sword

Once you’ve finally wrestled that elusive Craft Recipe from the Kenpachi boss, the rest is relatively easy!

  1. Gather Materials: You’ll need the following items:
    • 1 [Kenpachi’s Sword] Craft Recipe
    • 15 Gold
    • 10 Iron
    • 20 Coal
(Remember, you can get Gold, Iron, and Coal by mining resource nodes around the world.)
  2. Visit the Blacksmith: Head over to Valefor the Blacksmith.
  3. Craft the Sword: With the recipe and all the materials in your inventory, talk to Valefor and select the option to craft Kenpachi’s Sword.

You’ve now got one of the most fearsome swords in the game.
