Where to find Aunt May’s Grave in Spider-Man 2

Once you have access to free-roaming across New York, head to the far northwest of the map, up past Harlem. You’ll find the city cemetery here. Aunt May’s and Uncle Ben’s graves are a little bit north of the middle of the cemetery. When you get close, a dot will appear to show a place you can interact with.
Interacting with Aunt May’s Grave
Approach the graves as Peter. Depending on the point in the story, Peter will say different things when approaching the grave, telling May what’s going on with his life. Interacting with the grave will automatically unlock the trophy.
Additional Graves and Voice Lines
You’ll also be able to find Miles’ father’s grave here. If you happen to find that one first, look to the east, and you’ll see Aunt May’s grave.
Both Peter and Miles have unique voice lines when visiting the graves, depending on what part of the game you’re in. Be sure to visit often to hear what the Spider-Men have to say.
