How to Become the Fallen Angel Race in Verse Piece

To transform into a Fallen Angel in Verse Piece, you first need to find the Fallen Angel NPC on the Dungeon Cave island. Here’s how to get there:

  1. Head southwest from the starter island. The Dungeon Cave island is pretty easy to spot since it has a Skull and Bones icon over it.
  2. Once you’re on the Dungeon Cave island, climb to the very top of the mountain at the back. You’ll find the Fallen Angel NPC waiting there.

Talk to the Fallen Angel NPC. If you’re at least level 5,000, she’ll offer you a quest. Accept the quest!

The quest requires you to defeat the Fallen Angel boss a total of 10 times. Here’s the catch:

  • The Fallen Angel boss spawns on the same island (Dungeon Cave) every 5 minutes but only has a 20% chance of appearing.
    • This means you’re guaranteed a boss spawn every 20 minutes, but you might get lucky and see it sooner.
  • Once the boss spawns, you need to be quick! Other players will likely be trying to defeat it too.
    • You need to deal at least 10% damage to the boss for it to count towards your quest.
  • After successfully dealing enough damage (and the boss is defeated), your quest will progress.
    • You’ll need to repeat this process 9 more times.
  • You can try joining a Private Server to guarantee you get the kill every time, or you can server hop (switch servers) to try and find a server where the boss is spawning.

Once you’ve finally defeated the Fallen Angel boss 10 times, return to the Fallen Angel NPC and talk to her. She’ll grant you the Fallen Angel race.

Important Note: Make sure you aren’t wearing your best race when you talk to the NPC to claim your reward. Whatever race you have equipped will be replaced by the Fallen Angel race.

Fallen Angel Passive

Here’s what makes the Fallen Angel race so powerful:

  • 2.75x Damage Multiplier: This significantly boosts your damage output.
  • Passive Smite: Every time you deal damage, there’s a chance for a smite of swords to fall on your enemy. This is an AoE (area of effect) attack that also prevents the enemy from moving, and the damage scales with your special stats.
