Certain units can be evolved into better, stronger units than before in Anime Defenders, but how exactly do you evolve them? Well, it involves heading to a crafting station and crafting a specific evolution item. All Craftable EVO Items in Anime Defenders
In Anime Defenders, units can evolve into more powerful units, but you need to craft specific items for each one to evolve them. The main material you need to acquire are Star Rifts. These come in multiple different colors, and some are harder to get than others, so for more details on how to get them, check out our How to Get Star Rifts in Anime Defenders guide.
But on some Evo items, you’ll need some unique materials like Magic Mirrors, Lunar and Solar Essence Extract, and Cursed Crystals, Demonic Extract, & Draconic Crystals.
How to Evolve Aether Knight in Anime Defenders
Aether Knight is a Secret Unit and is currently only obtainable from the Lucky Ticket Banner by spending Lucky Tickets. Yet, once he evolves into Grand Aether Knight, he becomes a powerhouse of the unit. But first, you must craft the Spiritual Butterfly:

Where to Find and How to Use Crafting in Anime Defenders?
To find the crafting and evolution area, head into the Summon area and look to your right; you’ll see orange text labeled Crafting. Just walk into the circle below this text and press E. This will open up the Craft window. Here, click the ? mark square, select the evolution item you want to craft, and hit confirm once done.
A list of all materials and the gold needed will appear on the screen. If you have anything, just hit Craft +1 button at the bottom of this window to craft the item!
