Completing the Fisch LEGO Event Quest
To complete the LEGO event in Fisch, players must first speak to the event NPC, Brickford Masteron, to receive the quest and the necessary Brick Built Rod. Then, players need to locate special LEGO Pools that appear randomly on the map to catch 15 specific LEGO fish. The final fish, the Studolodon, requires finding a separate, rare spawn. All LEGO fish require Stud Bait, which is initially provided and can be earned further by progressing the quest. Finishing the quest yields unique rewards, including a special boat.
Starting the LEGO Event in Fisch – Getting the Brick Built Rod
Your first step is to find the quest giver and get the special fishing rod needed for this event.
- Find Brickford Masteron
- Locate the NPC named Brickford Masteron. He can be found in Sea 1, specifically in the Moosewood area. Look for him standing on a LEGO boat near the Cthulhu Statue (coordinates around X: 413, Y: 132, Z: 368).

- Talk to the NPC
- Hop onto his LEGO boat and speak with him.
- Receive Quest and Rod
- Brickford will explain that 16 of his LEGO fish have escaped and ask for your help catching them. He will give you the “Fish Escape” quest and the essential Brick Built Rod. He also provides an initial amount of Stud Bait (x60).
The Brick Built Rod is the only rod that can catch the LEGO fish for this event. Its stats might change, but it generally has low lure speed and weight capacity but high luck and a special passive giving a 5% chance for any fish caught with it to become a “Lego” variant (which seems to be just a color change, not a unique model).

How to Get Stud Bait in Fisch
Stud Bait is essential for catching all 16 LEGO event fish.
- Initial Amount
- Brickford Masteron gives you 60 Stud Bait when you first accept the quest.
- Quest Rewards
- As you catch more of the required LEGO fish and show them to Brickford, he will reward you with additional Stud Bait at various points in the quest.
- Conservation Tip
- Since the initial amount of bait is limited, some players suggest trying to catch as many LEGO fish from the pool as possible without using bait first (if the rod allows regular catches there, though this seems unlikely as LEGO fish need Stud Bait). A more practical approach is to use the Stud Bait efficiently only within the LEGO Pools and during the Studolodon hunt. You will earn more bait as you progress.
Finding the LEGO Pool in Fisch
You cannot catch the event fish just anywhere, even near Brickford’s boat. You need to find special fishing spots called LEGO Pools.
- Random Spawning
- LEGO Pools appear randomly around the map. They do not stay in one place permanently.
- Spawn Timer
- A LEGO Pool seems to spawn roughly every 15 to 20 minutes within a server. This is faster than the previous hourly rate mentioned in earlier tests, and it lasts for 10 minutes.
- Server Notification
- When a pool appears, a server-wide notification will pop up in the chat, stating something like: “The LEGO Pool has appeared somewhere around a Landmark.” (e.g., Rosé Bay, Statue of Sovereignty).

- Locating the Pool:
- You can immediately travel to the landmark mentioned in the notification and search the nearby water for the distinct LEGO pool appearance.
- Alternatively, you can return and speak to Brickford Masteron again; he might tell you the exact location of the currently active pool.
- Some players report frequently finding pools near the coast of Mushgrove Swamp, so that might be a good area to check if you haven’t seen a notification recently.
- Fishing in the Pool: Once you find a LEGO Pool, equip your Brick Built Rod and fish within that specific area to catch the LEGO fish.

Catching the LEGO Pool Fish in Fisch
There are 15 specific LEGO fish that can only be caught inside these randomly appearing LEGO Pools.
- Required Bait: All LEGO fish require Stud Bait.
- Conditions: These fish can be caught at any time of day, during any season, and in any weather condition, as long as you are fishing within an active LEGO Pool with the Brick Built Rod and Stud Bait.
- The Fish List: You need to catch the following 15 fish from the LEGO Pool (check your Bestiary under “Limited Fish” -> “Brickford’s Bestiary” to track progress):
- Azure Studfish
- Brickhorse
- Cardinal Studfish
- Clown Brickfish
- Crab Stud
- Glow Brick
- Goldbrick
- Jellystud
- Stud Koi
- Stud Shark
- Stud Turtle
- Studling Crab
- Studphin
- Tentabrick
- Yellow Studfish
As you catch these fish, you can return to Brickford Masteron periodically. Talking to him will reward you with more Stud Bait as you reach certain milestones in the quest.

Catching the Studolodon in Fisch
The 16th and final fish required for the quest, the Studolodon, is unique and cannot be found in the regular LEGO Pools.
- Finding the Studolodon
- This fish appears during a special server event called the Studolodon Hunt. Similar to the LEGO Pool, a server-wide notification will announce: “A Studolodon has been spotted somewhere around a landmark.” (e.g., Ancient Isles).
- Location Appearance
- Head to the mentioned landmark. The Studolodon spawn point looks very distinct, often described as similar to a Megalodon spawn with a cloud above it and a water spiral.
- Required Gear
- You must use the Brick Built Rod and Stud Bait to catch the Studolodon. Other rods will not work, even if they are stronger.
- The Fight
- Hooking the Studolodon initiates a fight. It has a -85% Progression Speed, meaning it pulls back very strongly against your reeling. While the fight is challenging due to the weak Brick Built Rod (only 10% resilience, though Stud Bait adds some), players report its actual resistance isn’t overwhelmingly difficult to overcome with careful reeling.
- Size Note
- Currently, the caught Studolodon appears relatively small (around 117 kg). Some players feel it should be larger based on its status.
Catching the Studolodon is often recommended as the last step, as you will likely have accumulated plenty of Stud Bait from turning in the other 15 fish to Brickford.
All Rewards for the LEGO Quest Event in Fisch
Once you have successfully caught all 15 fish from the LEGO Pools and the Studolodon from its hunt (completing the 16/16 quest objective):
- Return to Brickford Masteron: Find him back on his boat in Moosewood.
- Claim Rewards: Talk to him one last time. He will congratulate you and grant the final rewards:
- 30 Stud Bait (a final batch)
- The “Master Fisher” Title
- The Arctic Explorer Boat
The Arctic Explorer Boat is a cosmetic replica of the real-life LEGO set 60368. Its in-game stats are:
- Speed: 100 S/ps
- Steering: 33°
- Acceleration: 0.25 S/ps

While not the fastest boat in the game, it has good handling (described as similar to a jet ski) and is a unique, free reward for completing the event, notable for its large size visually, though it only has three functional seats.
