Gym League gives you different ways to make your character look special during a competition to win. These poses help your character stand out from others. This guide will show you how to get new poses in Gym League and all of the poses available.

If you’re looking for freebies, why not take a look at our Gym League codes to see what you can get? Alternatively, you can read How to Get Body Alters in Gym League, Gym Pass All Levels & Rewards, and Gym League Auras Guide.

How To Get Poses In Gym League

The only way to get new poses in Gym League is through the “Custom” menu. This menu lets you change different things about your character, like poses. When you open it, you’ll see poses right away. You can get more with 1,500 in-game cash or 19 Robux.

When you try to roll a pose, the game picks a new one randomly from a group of different rarities. Here’s a simple explanation of the rarity system:

  • Common (63.9%) – The most frequent type of pose you’ll encounter through rerolling.
  • Rare (25%) – Less common than Common Poses, but still obtainable with a decent chance.
  • Epic (10%) – These poses are significantly rarer than the previous two categories.
  • Legendary (1%) – Very rare and exciting to acquire due to their low drop rate.
  • Mythical (0.1%) – The rarest tier of poses in the game. Obtaining a Mythical pose is an exceptional stroke of luck.

Since you can’t always get the pose you want for sure, rerolling involves some luck. You can get new poses without spending real money by using the in-game cash option, but it means you have to save up a lot of cash. Robux provides a quicker way to get new poses, but you have to buy them with real money. Alternatively, you can also use codes to get spins which will let you reroll poses.

All Poses In Gym League

Here are all the poses you can get:

  • Aduket – Epic
  • Arm Up – Common (Given at start)
  • Combat Ready – Mythical
  • Duplicate – Epic
  • Floating Spirit – Legendary
  • Front Lat And Bicep – Common
  • Front Lat Spread – Legendary
  • Fox Kick – Rare
  • Fox Punch – Mythical
  • Godlike – Only obtained through Galaxy Pack for 1,999 Robux
  • Haka – Rare
  • Most Muscular – Mythical
  • Old Legend – Epic
  • Punch – Common
  • Rising Champion – Mythical
  • Side Chest – Rare
  • The Kneel – Mythical
  • Three Quarter Back Biceps – Legendary
  • Victory – Rare

You can roll to get new poses, but we don’t recommend doing anything like this until you’ve spent money on other things you want, like boosts and Auras. Poses give you no benefit, so it’s hard to say you should spend money on them. You can get a random new pose by using the game’s money or Robux, which is the special money in Roblox.
